Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently purchased a condo that still had the old fuse box. I did my due diligence and shopped around for quotes, but Somerton not only had a reasonable price, but they provided me a quote on the spot. They were also upfront about possible extra charges (which some other companies didn't).
They organized a date, and Phil was prompt on the day of service and finished the job faster than I expected! I'm already recommending Somerton Electric to my family.
Fast, friendly, and reasonably priced service.

The guys who did the work, Mike and Tristan, were friendly and efficient. When they were done, they gave me a tour of everything they did and cleaned everything up!! All around great experience.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Communication was great, and install for the NEMA 14-50 in the garage looks great and got the ESA certification.

When I finally got my car and charger, plugged it in and was working as it should!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had an outstanding experience with Somerton Electric. I reached out with a non-urgent request, and Jake, the owner, returned my message promptly. From the very first contact, he was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
They were able to book an appointment within a very reasonable timeframe, which I truly appreciated. Mike, the electrician who came to the house, was fantastic. He was just as friendly, professional, and knowledgeable as Jake, taking the time to explain the work clearly and executing it with great care. He seamlessly handled the installation of new outlets and expertly repaired and rerouted an existing line.
It is rare to find this kind of service anymore; it truly felt like 'the old days' when customer service was paramount. Thank you to Jake and Mike for the exceptional work! If you are looking for reliable, high-quality, and friendly electrical work, I cannot recommend Somerton Electric highly enough. They have definitely earned my future business!

Three Issues When Installing A Generator

Lack of Capacity

Generators come in a wide range of capacities to ensure that your home or business is kept powered on. For optimal performance and efficiency, its essential to know the right generator for your specific HVAC, medical, or lifestyle needs. Most portable generators are not equipped to handle such heavy power needs.

Safety

Many deaths have occurred from the unsafe usage of portable units. In particular, issues can occur due to the generator being placed inside or too close to the home resulting in carbon monoxide poisoning. We meticulously install only the highest quality permanent units to ensure your safety.

Run Time

When a natural disaster strikes, you could be out of power for days or weeks. Portable generators simply don't have the capacity to keep you powered on for days or more.

Choose Somerton Electric

Whether you need a completely new installation or just routine maintenance, our team is dedicated to providing high-quality service that meets all of your needs. With years of experience and a commitment to excellence, you can trust Somerton Electric to keep the lights on when you need them most.
